Paint-Tailed Pythons(PTP) are a
unique breed of pythons that
have paint seeping from their
tail tips. PTP tend to be slightly
smaller than their close cousins,
ball pythons, females being around
2-3 feet long and males 1-2 feet long.
Hatchlings are dramatically smaller at
only 5 inches long.
Pythons tend to be quite intelligent,
and PTP are no exception. PTP tend
to be quite shy when first introduced
to their owners, but will warm up quickly
and soon become inseparable. PTP have
exceptionally long lifespans, and have
been known to live for upwards of 60 years.

This one's a piebald bumblebee morph! I wanted to mix up my two favorite morphs for my first PTP as an artist, and this is how it turned out. Hope you guys like!

What is this python's favorite snack? gerbils! Normally ball pythons( or any snake) aren't supposed to be fed gerbils or hamsters as they can get attacked to the tastes and won't eat rats/mice, however every once in a while as a special treat lite Zee here gets one. c;

personality
Jack is a very affectionate python, and often drapes himself around any available limb. This has caused some awkward moments, especially when he adds his paint where it is definitely not needed. he is the center of attention quite a lot, and definitely enjoys it. He can be a bit one-minded at times though; he often only thinks of himself and his goals when interacting with others.

This little guy's name would be Bumblebee after his morph. He'd often times go by just plain 'Bee' instead of his whole name.

Bee’s favorite food is . . . dirt cake!

Not only is it delicious, but also he can also burry himself in it as if it was real dirt! His favorite part of this delicious dessert is the little gummy worms that he has to dig through to find. He loves the chocolate-y taste along with the whipped cream top. If you’d ever take Bee out to eat, the first thing he’d get was a dirt cake!

A Bit Deeper
Bee’s a calm and collected boy who loves archeology. He loves learning the history of places, and finding out all the secrets they hold. He can read and understand the oldest of languages, such as Egyptian, Greek, Latin and more in order to be able to read the carvings that the people of old left behind.

He rarely is frightened by things anymore, though fire does tend to freak him out a bit due to his past, but he

takes everything in with a smile and some calming words. Bee use to be frightened easily--constantly running away from everyone, but now he just takes everything in his stride.

Bee is extremely protective of his friends and would give his life to save them all. This sounds common, but it's true. He grew up around people that he couldn't trust so he had to find his own way in life. One of his only childhood friends had once said, "The ocean is vast! Someday, you'll find friends that you can trust and love out there!" He took this to heart, but the meaning of the words were gradually lost over the years that he spent running away until he met a PTP and his friends that took away his fears and gave him a home that was permanent.

He has a history of betraying people to survive. He can't say he's proud of this, but he had to stay alive to keep the promise to his mother and childhood friend that both died a long time ago. They told him to follow his dreams no matter what everyone said and he has. With his new friends, he's setting off to learn about the world before civilization and modern technology took over.
