Lilo loves chasing the leaves on the water of the pond he lives in. He loves pretending like he's a shark and swimming up to bite the leaves off of the surface. Of course, he spits them out in disgust afterwards because leaves aren't a very good snack, but he still loves his little hunting game. He's too young to start hunting on his own besides small, slow or sick fish, but the leaves make a perfect target for him. He just can never remember how poorly they taste because the colors look appetizing to him.

His favorite thing about fall is definitely the red, orange, and yellow leaves that float down from the trees and land in the surface of the water. The beautiful shadows they create as the light shines through them are beautiful, and he enjoys seeing the beautiful objects of nature before they crumble and are swept away by the ocean's many currents.

I think his favorite thing about fall is going to the Nelson Rodeo in Victoria, Australia. Every year since he was a child, his mom and dad would take him on land to go see the cowboys ride horses around the area. He loves to shout Yee Hah, when ever the cowboys go by, and one year when he did, the cowboy put his hat on Irwin's head. To this day he still has that hat and uses it to play cowboy.

"My favorite thing about fall? Oh goodness, that's hard! So many things to love about fall. But, if I had to choose... It would be the fact that fall is just so... Magical! Fall just has so many properties that I love. My favorite is that the pretty leaves make awesome art shapes in the water, and when I look up, I can see those shapes. Some of them look like hearts, and it's so pretty! It's Inspiring! When I see those shapes, I go to the floor of the ocean and collect seashells, and duplicate that shape, so it's like looking at two different dimensions!
I also love the fact that it's such a calm season. You can see the breeze swaying the trees, and it's so poetic.

Audrey loves fall for many reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is the spectacular beauty of it all. She has an artist's eye, and loves to see the swirling flurry of leaves fall from the trees in a jumbled storm of yellows, reds, and oranges. From her home in the ocean, she will lazily float and just watch the leaves for hours upon end. The capture a sense of beauty that nothing else can compare to.
