There are only two things that really bother me about this picture;
You've drawn the thumb from sort of a side view. If you actually look at your hand, from this point of view you do not see the thumb from the side, but rather you see the whole nail from the "top." You're thumb can not turn sidewise unless it is pulled back. Likewise, most fingers can not bend at the top joint, without bending it at least a little bit on the second joint. Try it yourself, you'll see what I mean (unless you are weirdly jointed and thus capable of doing what most fingers can't). So next time you draw a picture like this, draw both joints bending. Don't be afraid to reference your hand, I do it all the time c:
You're fingers may be a little long as well, but other than that I like it. Hope this helps.
