Toxic Runners are very muscular creatures about the size of a small horse. They are very lovable and form a bond with usually one individual, and mate for life. They are motivated to please, and for praise.

A Runner's diet consists of mostly protein and carbs. They eat meat primarily, but will settle for some fruits.
Not citruses. Citruses scare them.
