There is a dark silhouette of a lone Light Collector, sitting by himself on a group of decaying jack'o'lanterns... As you walk up to him, he barely moves a muscle except for an irritable twitch of his tail. "Come to mock me, have you? Like all the others around here?" He spits, his dim tail twitching. "No? Well, sorry. You see, a lot of the time kids come around here end up throwing rocks and other things at me, especially on Halloween... I come out to see all the costumes and candy... If only I had the courage to show myself, I'd go trick or treating too! Hey, maybe you could get me some candy? I have some things that I could trade you."

How to get candy:
To get candy, you will first need to make an account on the light collector forum. All the rules will be there and any information that you will need to know to participate. There will be games as well as contests to enter, to be able to win candy.

Candy Drop!: This game is very simple. Simply wait for a staff member to post with ''dropped'' candy, then quote the post and you win!

Rules:
- Be polite to everyone including all staff and other players.
- Don't complain if you miss candy openings.
- You can not bribe staff to get more candy.
- You can not lie about how much candy you have as there will be a bank. If you try to lie about the amount you have, you will be banned from this event.
