This parrapup is a very simple boy/girl.
Despite the fact it was inspired by little boy blue you can make it a girl if you wish. xD

I made this parra purposely a bit more on the simple side because one of the perks of this parra are you get to pick a few edits for it.

Why this name?:
Caeruleus simply means 'Blue' in Latin. I think it's obvious why I'd choose to translate the word 'blue.'

I would give him some small, round-tipped horns that look like a kirin's horns.

Why this name? ;; Eiffel 65 is a band that came out with the song I'm Blue, which I listened to quite a bit as a kid. When I saw this parra this was the first song that came to mind, and likely his song if I were to win him. Bleu is Blue in French, which I took for a year. Bleu was always an amusing word to me, and it stuck in my head. Eiffel, as in the Eiffel Tower is French- so I combined the two to make this parra's name.

The hair covers a small portion of the face and the mane runs along the majority of the back.
The ears droop slightly, and are longer with additional fur running along the sides,
as well as lots of fur on the inside of the ear.
Everything is set up so that if I were to win, it could be used as Eiffel's official reference.

nice curly hair/mane. And I would also edit the ears
and make them longer and tuffed. The left ear has a notch in it.

Why this name?: I've just finished reading a fairly decent novel this character, "Gobo" came from. In the story, he's pitied by the majority of the characters within the book for acting so sickly, and vanishes for a long time in the book. When he returns, he's full of confidence, thus making him fearless and which leads to his untimely death.
What 2 edits would you give this parra?:
I enjoy the thought of having droopy ears! c: It fits both of the characters he's based off of (Droopy because of exhaustion, and of how uneasy he was the first part of his rather short life in the book). If adding wings are an option, I'd love for that to be an edit. But if not, the droopy ears are great enough. c:
