Surprise One: He has a combination of heterochromia iridium and heterochromia iridis, or one of the two.
Surprise Two: He seems like he is an earth unicorn. Green is the color of nature. Brown is the color of earth. Black is basically no colour, for it is the absence of light. Anyways, black supposedly means the hidden, the unknown, the mysteries. White is the color of goodness and light. I reckon that the black on him represents the earth pollution, the green signifies the nature, the brown represents the earth and the small markings of white represent the goodness and peace on our planet.

You're right! Bi-color astral. Also, his left eye has the little yellow spark! Congratulations!

As for the third surprise- he has two heart-shaped dapples, if you can find them ^^
