What are Ghostlies?
Ghostlies are small canine creatures who are half alive and half dead. As they died, something happened that prevented them from passing over into the spirit world, so in other terms, they got stuck! Halfway through, their body started transforming, but as the passage stopped, so did their transformation, so they are stuck with a half ghost/half animal body! They can either walk using their front legs, or they can float, using their ghost tail. Ghostlies often have a trinket that is also semi-transparent, because it was on them during the transformation, and that's what keeps them connected to the human world. If a Ghostlie loses contact with his or her trinket, then a Ghostlie will disappear forever, along with their trinket! No one knows where they go.. Ghostlies often need protection and safety from Reapers who will try to take away their trinket so they can disappear, because half dead/half alive creatures are not allowed! Can you win a Ghostlie's heart, and keep them safe from Reapers? [species concept by serlalklller]
