Dog's Name: Wirować (meaning Swirl in English. Pronounced Veer-oh-vahch)

History: Wir jumped and starting walking in the air. She was a Sky Dog, but did not need wings. She loved to spend her time lounging in the clouds. Going up and up, she finally reached the nearest cloud and padded her way onto it. Her lungs had no trouble breathing up here and she stayed warm. Her job was to make sure the wind did what it always did- blow things around and bug humans by blowing their hair in their faces, and move the clouds. She also controlled the colours of the clouds- if a Water Dog wanted it to rain, Wirować had to darken the clouds. If a Sun Dog wanted dawn or dusk, or some other part of the day, she had to make the clouds receptive to the Sun's rays that caused the bright colours in the clouds.
All in all, her work was pretty repetitive, but it took skill. The Element Dogs lived to be three thousand years old, but started their work at the age of one hundred. She turned a hundred four years ago.
Finally, it was nightfall, and Wir put her front paws in the middle of the cloud and concentrated, her markings glowing, changing the particles in the clouds slowly, in time with the setting Sun. This was something the humans would never know about. Whenever one went up to study these clouds, she'd hide by making herself invisible. That was one reason they'd never know about these types of Dogs- each one could turn itself invisible in its element and in its element only. The other reason was that, when the time came to study the element in question, the Dog could change the particles and make the human see only that. The things the humans got was that the Sun's rays coloured the clouds, but not the fact that the Dog had to make the clouds receptive.
The other Elemental Dogs lived in unison with other Elemental Dogs and their jobs, which was how the whole world worked, except for when a human tried to change something within this planet, like dig in its soil deep enough for their so called "basements" and other things like "pools". That wasn't meant to be and it interfered with the circle of life, but not enough to be overly cared about. Wirować had never met another Element Dog except for the Sun Dog, so she didn't know what they did and how they kept up a never ending circle of life with the others, though she hoped to see more.
The Sun disappeared beyond the horizon and the Sun Dog who was in charge of that- Serena- winked at her before becoming invisible for the night. It was what she preferred. She was lucky to be so close to Serena tonight- it was hard to have a friend when you were the only one of your kind doing the job because you were always spread far apart about the vast Earth. Wir guessed all of her type preferred that because what if a human saw them while they were asleep? They didn't look like normal dogs. Wir herself had swirls for markings, blue and white ones, and her main coat was a dark blue. That was not what humans called normal. In fact, she also liked to hide for the night. Humans liked to fly in their airplanes at night time, so it only made sense.
She circled the middle of the cloud a few times, lay down on the fluff and closed her eyes. She turned on her invisibility that seeped through her pores and fell asleep.

Other: This is beautiful! I'd make her my fursona! Or a character, but either way, adorable! I may add more to the story later.
