Deep within the forests of Southeast Asia, strange wolf-deer-like hybrids, known as Dreamsongs, have been discovered. No one had realized they were there until a secret expedition came across a herd of them. The scientists learned the Dreamsongs were very territorial when they first met the humans, but once they warmed up to them, they were kind and loyal. Being able to withstand both hot and cold climates, they have been used to carry cargo through deserts and blizzards to many places. Though, seemingly, the Dreamsongs were found along with a certain item each that each one kept close, as this item was the source of their power, or strength. Their manes and tails are quite mysterious, too. They both seems to be made of cloud-like material, yet solid enough to have an opaque appearance, and soft to the touch.
