Radiance is naughty and smart. Her cute act is a ruse, and normally she causes trouble when her victims are in a trance caused by her colors and act. She can read others like open books, and determine their next action by the way they move. She is truly a very interesting runner.

This darling's name would be Phenyl-Oxalate. His nickname would be Phenyl or Phen.
Reasoning:
Phenyl-Oxalate is the stuff responsible for making modern day glowsticks do just that. Glow! His colors kind of remind me of glowsticks, so I figure it fits well.
Personality:
Phen is very loud and rambunctious. He loves to play around and be very social with other Toxic Runners. He can't stand being alone and will often just wander around in search of someone to hang out with. He likes to romp around at night wherever possible, and he's very friendly towards everyone and anyone;
