Backstory! Tell us pls!

The guy (Damon) fell in love with someone. They spent much time together, and then one day he brought gave them a custom-made locket, which matched one he had. His favorite place was this lake, and the two spent many nights staring at the stars. Damons partner, however, broke his heart on the night he was going to propose to them, at this very lake. He threw his matching locket in the lake, and just stares at the ripples it makes.
