Number 2 - Winter

Based off of winter, I've added accessories this time! This girl has the powers to bring winter and control winter! Her necklace has a light blue flower that glows, and she wears a small thing somewhat like a halo that glows, though it isn't a halo. ^^ Send an offer over for her!
