It's good!
Though, if I could give some constructive criticism: The snout is a bit large, try shortening it. Also, you forgot to color the tongue, unless he has a blue one ^.^

However, as Princess pointed out, the snout does need shortening slightly and needs to be a little bit thinner. Also, you could maybe edit the ears and make them a little bit bigger.
Anyway, I love the design! The colours go perfectly!
