While out in the pasture SharkJets seems to be calm and sweet. You can go up to him and he will just graze while you talk and pet on him. He seems to be a very mellow guy, that is till you take him out of his pasture. SharkJets seems to be a very different horse out of his comforts zone, which is only his pasture or stall. He can be explosive and unpredictable. You will never know if SharkJets will be fearful or aggressive. It all depends on the situation. If he is fearful he will go into a panic mode. If he can't run away he will make a scene with the rearing and very high pitched "screams." If he is aggressive he will snort, stomp his hoof, and lash out. If one is not careful and watchful he will bite or kick, and being behind a hoof that big is not something anyone wants. No matter what he is at the moment it will take awhile to get him calm. He responds best to gentle coaxing and treats; preferably his favorite, pears. He proves to be a one person horse due to his unpredictable behavior. When in his comfort zone he may show signs if playfulness and foal like behavior if he has a special connection with the horse or human he is trying to play with. Other then that he is reserved in the pasture and does not mingle with the whole herd. He may be found on the edge of the herd grazing alone and being very watchful. Although only those who know him would know he is being watchful.
