I knoooow. Lame name, but no names were open. So I'll explain the history of the name. When a young apprentice, the leader found a round, odd-smelling ring-shaped thing on the ground by a Thunderpath. Wondering what it was, he ran to the medicine cat, who was once a kittypet, and begged her to tell him what it was. She examined the object, and told him it was called a cheerio. When he was a warrior, though, he went off to hunt, and when he went back to camp, his Clan was gone, leaving only a few drops of blood. He followed their scent trail to the Thunderpath, but lost the scent at the edge. Clanless, he set off to make his own clan. He stumbled across a dying, half-starved Clan whose leader was dead, and nursed them back to health. And cheerioclan was born. (The cheerio is considered sacred now)
