Someone asked me why I don't trust people. Maybet this is why. Because even the closest of people turn on you.
I needed to get this out of my system. Pathetic venting. So wow.

The best way to think of it is, well, finding out who your true friends are. They won't turn on you, and trust me, you'll find that not everyone will do this.
Though, if you keep telling yourself this-- you'll never be able to truly experience your bond with them, and that isn't entirely fair to those who really do mean the best for you.

I've had about five best friends walk out on me (most being my best/friend for 14+ years), and it tore me up each time, but there have been few that have stayed with me for years-- they're the ones you want to protect and keep.
