Rules:

Up to 10 entries for your Capriwolf
DO NOT remove .Sarcasm's sig, he made the lines for me.
No VRS (light gems and ribbons)
Not TOO many neon colors, up to 5.

Prizes:
1st to 3rd: gets to be a permanent artist
4th to 6th: Guest artist.

I fixed up the layers for Capriwolves so the comp coloring won't be messed up, i was dumb then
