Gelax WIP

A dragonish character of mine, from the book I am writing. His name is Gelax (Ge-il-icks). He is an 'alien' species. Everything about him is (c) myself. Any similarities to anyone elses characters is coincidence, as I have been drawing him on pen and paper for years, longer than I have even had my CS account. Critiques are welcomed as long as they are helpful. I can't decide whether I should or shouldn't add in a rain background, like the original one I did on paper.
