The plot is mixed up, but you can help me with characters.
There are 9 animals,(shown below). Each species protects a large, glowing crystal bubble, the main color of their clan. Almost all of these animals went extinct in the war of the 9 animals. All other animals just watched in terror as each animal in each tribe vanished. One animal in each tribe was a refugee. The war started when their crystal was stolen by a black nothingness, possibly sent by an enemy clan. The 9 animals thought that their main enemies stole them. And so the 9 mystical animals that survived have to return the crystals in order to bring back the rest of their species.
