eeh, firefly never really had an official ref past 'small shiny eevee with pink bow', so i made her a real reference.

pygmy eevee are a subspecies of eevee. they grow to around 6-7 inches tall, never past the size of an infant eevee of normal size. pygmy eevee have large ears and small tails. they are not capable of battle and are strictly kept as pets.
honestly i don't know, i just always liked the idea of pokemon having subspecies with different markings/characteristics and stuff.

i don't own eevee or any pokemon.
