animal companion [max 150 words]:
Salvin pranced through the bamboo forest, his hooves pounding against the ground. As he went along, the sunlight shone through the trees, illuminating the scenery a pale, lime green coated in yellow. Suddenly, Salvin noticed a magnificently colored bird perched atop a bamboo branch, bathing in the sun. He slowly walked up to it and asked curiously, “what are you?” The bird looked at Salvin with a squint, and chirped loudly in response. Salvin was looking up at a Rainbow Lorikeet.
Salvin’s animal companion is his trusty Rainbow Lorikeet, Radish. Radish is playful and enthusiastic, the perfect amount for the Peredaisha. Though he can be a bit persistent in his annoying pursuits, Radish is as companion-worthy as can be. He never hesitates to help Silvan and encourage him to do what he can’t on his own. In short, Radish is Silvan’s best friend.

Salvin is a clever and witty young Peredaisha. He’s a bit of a smart-aleck, but knows his boundaries and can tell when he’s in the wrong. He loves going on adventures in which he meets new people and makes new friends. He never stays with his friends long-term though, even if they do keep in touch. His only friend that he sees a lot, all the time as a matter of fact, is Radish. I wouldn’t say it’s easy to befriend him – his quick wit and sometime offensive jokes and comments make it incredibly easy to not want to get to know him at all. But Salvin always has a way of getting to you, and once you get to know him, it’s visible by his kind and welcoming nature that he means no harm and is actually quite a good friend.
