A Forest Dog is a newly discovered species, found by explorers who were mapping CS's surrounding forests. They managed to capture four lone individuals, tag them, and release them back into the forest.
It's unknown how long they've been around, or how they got into the forest in the first place, but here's some facts we already know:

•They have a naturally bobbed tail that won't get caught in branches, snares, etc.
•Small yet powerfull ears can hear prey easily.
•Strong legs and big paws help them run very quickly.
•Large eyes help spot danger and prey, both during the day and at night.
