Bulbinnettes are little woodland creatures who were the last gifts from the elven people before they disappeared. Bilbinettes are starting to go extinct, they are being preyed on by even the smallest of carnivores.
They resemble cats in a way, but they don't have noses and half their bodies are incased in a bulb. They have three buds, two on their antennas and one on their tail tip, these buds glow and have been known to tell their personality, they are always the same color. The toms only grow to about a foot, where as the queens only grow to about seven inches.
Bulbinnettes don't tend to have design on both their bulb and fur, if they do it wont be very much and might be rather simple in style.
Toms tend to be darker in colors, so strong reds, darker blues, deeper greens, so on and so forth but their eyes are vibrant. The more colorful a tom's tuft the better he attracts queens.
Queens are more bright colors, so lime, light pink, yellow, and so on and so forth, but their eyes are normally darker and more dramatic in colors, either having more than one color per eye or two different colored eyes.
Personality colors:
Pink/Purple: Bashful, playful, flirtatious, or sweet
Blue/(rare)Black: Loyal, strong headed, truthful, or kind
Green: Envious, sneaky/sly, mischievous, or secretive
Red/Orange: Fiery, hot headed, cold blooded, or tempered
Yellow/(rare)White: Mellow, smart/bright, bouncy, or fun
Breeding:
Each Bulbinnette can be bred four times, up to three can be born in a litter. The number born can never be requested, it is completely at random.
Offspring of Bulbinnettes are called Bubbies, they live in a bubble for the first month or so of their life, gender and eye color won't be known until their bubble pops. They don't have a tuft until they are adults.

If you don't own both the Bulbinnettes you are wanting to reed you MUST have permission from the owner(s) and you must show it in your form!
Each litter will be started with a cover photo that says "username's" litter, the links to the parents will be posted on the first comment of the cover, then the kits will be posted under each.
Adoptables
Adoptables are premades pets that artists make and post for others to adopt, you will know it's not adopted out yet because the artist will have "Adopt Me" on the image(not over the adoptable), they will post a code for you to fill out
You are limited to adopting two a week, this is to make sure it's fair
Artists are limited to making three a week
Customs
These are adoptables that you have customized for yourself, they need to fit the rules including the color code for each gender.
Customs are NOT free, if you are not an artist you must offer a trade of WLPs or WLIs to the artist, at least 3 pets/items on their wishlist must be sent
These are not open yet, but artists and adopters alike may make one when they are and no more.
I ask that you PLEASE be specific on which artist you want to take your custom.

You have three strikes before I ban you
1- you have broken a rule or two, this is a simple warning

2- you are not listening and have continued to ignore the staff, some privileges have been removed until further notice

3- you have been banned from this thread losing all privileges and rights to be part of the thread, any Bulbinettes/Bubbies owned will be placed for readoption
