What is a Mippi?

Mippi is a small hyperactive mammal closely related to pikas. The name 'Mippi' originates from the high pitched 'meep' sound they use to communicate with each other. Their body are short, covered in long dense fur to keep them warm in their cold tundra-like habitat. The horns on their head are covered in velvety fur and generally not harmful as they only use these to protect themselves in the nature. Mippis are naturally very social, living in a group of at least 2 individuals [though a group of 20+ are not a rare sight!], and help each other build a series of underground burrow to sleep in, raise their young, and hoard food for winter; such as grass hay, grains and seeds. Because of their fun and loving personality and small size, they are very popular amongst people who do not have much space for larger pet. Would you like to adopt one today?

The rings were his parents when they got married.
Owned by a very eccentric human, a sort of
marriage ceremony was held for them, as some
people do for horses or dogs, and the owner
gave either Mippi a ring to wear on it's horn with
it's name engraved on the outside. A year after
Skipper was born, his parents died in a fire,
along with their owner. The rings are all
Skipper has to remember his parents by,
so he wears them on his horns to remind
him of them always.

Why is he wearing the gold rings?: Finn has always had an interest in shiny things, jewelry and watches. Ever since he was a pup, he finds them fascinating and amazing. He wanted to show off his interest and his pride in wearing these two gold rings on his ears. He doesn't care what people think about him, he inset afraid to show what he loves! ♥

This little tyke is owned by a blacksmith who lives far up north and away from most people. Instead of giving him a collar to show ownership he simply crafted a pair of rings to fit Asher's horns perfectly. His owner picked gold as the metal of choice for these rings so they would be light in weight and not bother Asher. Not to mention the bright gold color stood out against the snow laden land that they called home, making him slightly easier to spot. (Since he seams to wander off quite often.)

Personality: Ace is courageous and mischievous, seeming
to lack a healthy sense of danger. He would like nothing
more than to embark on an adventure.

Why is he wearing the gold rings?: The rest of his family
is a strict and sensible one, wanting to look their best at
all times. They insisted that Ace should wear an accessory
of some sort, but with his adventures and rough games,
many accessories were not options as they would be
torn or broken in no time. Eventually, they settled
simply for gold rings on his horns.
