Instructions
Pick what head, ears, nose, and tail you want. 21 different layers of that sort of stuff to choose from.
Color it in. Use whatever coloring style you want. Intentionally sloppy is fine, sketchy is fine, super neat is fine. I don't have lock alpha so you have to manually color it in. I did this for two reasons: firstly I don't support laziness, and secondly I want to see peoples' unique coloring style. Color it in using whatever colors and coloring style that suits you.
Shade it (optional). If you choose to shade, feel free to use whatever shading style you want.
Add a background. Could be scenery, could just be a gradient. Do whatever you want with the background, as long as it isn't a blank white slate.
Have fun. That's the whole point
Rules
Do not make major edits to the lines. The point is to make do with what you're given. Small edits are ok, like if you want to change the expression, that's perfectly fine.
You may add to the lines. For example, you could draw a ball in his/her hand, or make him/her wear a hat.
Do not use the design of a pre-existing cartoon. For example, you can't just make it into bugs bunny.
