Yes, of course! You may adopt a Hoot Hoot at anytime, Except When the Hoot Hoot shelter is closed, Which we hope to never close.

In the Hoot Hoot world, There are raritys on how rare the type of Hoot Hoot is.
Common: A Hoot Hoot with standard Coloring, Bright, and No mutations, accessories or pets.
Uncommon: A Slight Twist to the Hoot Hoot, a Different pattern or a little mutation or accessories.
Rare: A Hoot Hoot With darker colors, Mutations or Accessories.
Very Rare: A Hoot Hoot With Mutations, Accessories, Darker colors and Maybe a Different pattern And Maybe Slight Line edits: Artists, Tell me if you are going to do this.
WOWZA thats Rare!: A Hoot Hoot With Accessories, Mutations, line edits, A Different Pattern, ( Maybe)Darker colors, And it might even come with a Little pet!
