Three new characters

Three new characters. Originally they were going to be mascots for an adoptable center that I was planning on doing, but now I'm not so sure.
This is still a WIP, sort of. Will colour and clean-up a bit later.

Casper the three-legged mutt, Pipkin the cockatoo and Dinky the Hereford bull-calf are (c) myself.
