This was a gift from her mother before she left. Her mom told her "As long as you have this with you, I will always be there." During hard times for Layla, this was her comfort. When she holds this pendant, she is comforted because she remembers her mother's words before she left. When her mother visits her on occasions, she's happy to see her and show that the pendant she had given Layla is still with her, shining and whole. Her mother never stays long, so Layla is always upset when she goes. But she's also happy because in her mind, she still has her mother with her thanks to the pendant. Her pendant is her main source of comfort when her mom isn't around.(126 words currently)

She's really loving towards the ones she holds closest. She doesn't like to see them cry, so she tries to support them whenever she can. She doesn't mind speaking up if something is a bad idea. She wouldn't want anyone hurt. She's always surprising her friends with things to mainly make them smile when she can.
Stubborn;
When she has her mind set on something, you sure aren't going to change it! She's as stubborn as a mule really and is very proud of that because she doesn't let someone stop her from being herself or doing what she plans on doing. She's not a simple girl, but she tries to be on some occasions.
Protective;
When it comes to her friends? You better step back. She won't take them being hurt by anyone lightly because those are people she loves. She is very mean when you mess with them and doesn't like when people try to just to get her riled up. If your trying to rile her up, she'll most likely just ignore you.(177 words total)
