Pseudodragon redline

Postby Exoclipse » Wed May 28, 2014 6:28 am

I hope this helps ;v; i'll put some pointers below

    HEAD;
    Your head is good but you must remember how tall a pseudodragon is, and where all the facial features have to be placed, and remember the fur on their head is not a lion's mane. It has it's points
    pointer? - try to study the pseudodragon's head more, and also try looking into depth and perspective
    NECK;
    Make sure your neck is thick, but not unrealisticly, your neck has to be able to hold up the head!
    pointer? - every time your draw the neck make sure it's slightly thin at the top and get's thicker as it goes,
    SHOULDERS;
    do not under any circumstances make the shoulders be thick than shrink, such as making a circle for the shoulder. Don't do that, instaid make the shoulder kind of boxy, but not too boxy. When you think of a skeleton you got to remember they got to be able to move their shoulders and legs.
    pointer? - when making the legs and shoulders, remember the joints
    BODY;
    this is pretty simple, just don't make it two straight lines. Remember body's bend! this doesn't mean you have to make them curvy lines all the time remember theres a spine, just make one squared of bend on their back
    pointer? - don't forget that they aren't skinny mini's. They need organs, lungs, rib cages, livers, and more to live.
    HIND LEGS;
    these are most likely the toughest to try and prefect, i had troubles when i was younger. I don't really have perfect advice for them, just try and study art styles and take some look at google images for dogs, study their hind legs
    pointers? - no pointers for this one, it's up to you
    TAIL;
    the tail is the easiest part of anything. but it can be hard if you make it hard. If you look at yours, it's alright, you got the curves you should be fine, right? no. It lacks momentum, perspective and volume. Make your tail swerve and curl, and remember it's heavy and thick at the waist, slim and whip like at the tip. So i would think they would have to rest it on the floor
    Pointers? - like i said many times, study study study. Observe

and thats about it! i hope this helped you ;v;

    Thank you so much glitch, this will really help me. I've never been too great at art because I've never been told where to go and such. I'll probably go and fill up a few pages of a sketch book using these tips and them try to make my best attempt digital.

    Thanks again! c:

"With a taste of your lips
I’m on a ride
You're toxic I'm slipping under
With a taste of a poison paradise
I’m addicted to you
Don’t you know that you’re toxic
And I love what you do
Don’t you know that you’re toxic"

SO SORRY FOR MY INACTIVITY, I WILL BE BACK HONEST
