This is like... the competition I can relate to the most o-o I like this design a lot.
Anyways, here chu go ^_^ I am willing to make small changes, like I can switch which way the colors are on the toxic symbol, or change the markings, etc. Also, as a side note, I am apparently not very good at glowing. but I tried, and that is what is supposed to be around the eye.
