What are Lykotaris?
Lykotaris are a recently discovered canine species, their name deriving from the Greek words for Lion(Liontari) and Wolf(Lykos), so called for the tuft of long fur on the tip of their thin tails and the thick manes on their necks. Lykos are the size of a small pony, sporting long fur, legs and ears. They appear to be a very advanced species, with the ability to communicate with many other species, animal and human alike. Each one has a bandanna wrapped around their forehead, holding their hair out of their eyes. Loyal and friendly, Lykotaris will capture your heart!

[center]"When will he open his eyes?" "When he's ready. Be paitient. He's just a week old." "His sisters have already opened their eyes." "Yah, well his sister where born before him." Nyroc wanted to see the world, and these sisters his parents were talking about. He peeked out, slowly, carefully, and his eyes shot open to observe the wonderful colors revealed to them for the very first time. "They're open! What wonderful blue eyes!" "Blue? What are you talking about? His eyes are green!" "Huh?" Both parents looked very confused, and so was Nyroc. He had opened his eyes! What are these blues and greens his parents spoke about? He thought for a moment. Then it found him. His eyes where different colors! He was a rare Lyko, indeed!
