[Violet Stormbringer]

Someone suggested for me to draw a Ho-Oh in a similar style as my Lugia. This was definitely the hardest of the two to draw; those feathers are a killer. xD

To me, a semi-realistic Ho-Oh would probably have a vulture/crane type body. Considering Phoenixes aren't real, and we're going for at least some realism, I went for that type of look. x3

Again, as with the Lugia, this was entirely mouse-drawn. :3 I like the line-style it creates.

;w; Thank you~ I tried to add as much detail as possible without going overboard, and staying true to the style I used for Lugia. Since Ho-Oh is the Rainbow Pokemon, I wanted to make his feathers really vibrant and bright, so extra extra shiny shade! :3 In the very first episode of the anime, Ho-Oh had a bunch of sparkles trailing behind it as it flew, so I wanted to incorporate this here as well.
