Why paint herself with runes? What do they mean?:

When Legacy was little she learnt from a young age the tradition of her family line, Over the years a little one will go through life and their parents will pain upon them runes as symbols of luck and even sometimes a warning to others. Helping little ones understand who they are as an individual compared to others in their family and what sets them apart. Over the years to come Legacy took to heart the symbols her parents gave to her and continues to paint them on and wear them with such pride and honor. She knew she was her parents legacy and carried her name and her parents gifts with her onward in life, explaining to others what magnificence they where and what they mean to her.

Othala: Inherite
In this case she Inherited her rune symbols from her parents and the line goes on and one for generations, She is the Legacy and the one to carry these rune marking's on, This one Othala is based of her name and this is why she bares this Symbol. She also plans to pass this legacy of rune barring to her offspring.

Perthro: Secrets
At a young age Legacy has always had a very mysterious way about her and is also very secretive and that can be a good or bad thing, though some times her little plans are foiled she is always one to keep secrets and go about things with out others knowing till its to late. Which is why she ended up getting this rune marking from her mother.

Algiz: Protect
The Protection rune is something that can be worn with pride, and Legacy sure loves having it. Her father gave her this rune and when she proved that even though her sneaky ways are not all that good she can use them to help protect others, especial when she has a gut feeling its for the best in the end.
