A new char I've had rolling around in my head for the past couple of days...

He is a scroungy cat from some small island out in the Caribbean
He has thick, long dreadlocks and a few strange tentackles for hair which cover his eyes and most of his face

This is a huge wip as I work more on his character.

I've decided his name is Jean Paul Marley, or just 'Marley'

Quick personality:
super laid back
lazy
loves reggae music
has thick Jamaican-ish accent

But I'm not sure about his fur design?

But I still don't like ;n;
To me it doesn't seem 'island-y' enough..
