Well, so far I am liking it very much, I love the detail of it.
There isn't much that i'd want to change, it looks really good and well done (:
The only thing i'd say it'd need would be the eye ref or the feather, though they aren't necessary ^-^

Yeah, I will all that later on. ^^

I usually focus on making a decent sketch first, then lining, then color-base, shading (at least trying, because I suck at shading), and then the additions like eye-refs, color palettes, and accessoiry-things.
