Its not fail. I think its cute. <3
The head looks great but the body looks almost exactly like a dog's. I had this same problem exept the opposite. I'm into drawing horses and when I started drawing dogs, a lot of the body's structure looked like a horse. lol
Just keep practicing and maybe look at a few horse pictures for help and then I'm sure your horse drawing skills will be great, even though already your picture looks pretty good. ^.^
