Peacocks are Terrifying. Or, at least, when they're up close, they are. With their freaky beaks and freaky eyes and freaky bubble-things on their foreheads. And what are those things just protruding from its head?! GAH! BIRDS ARE SCARY! KEEP THEM AWAY! I'm actually not scared of birds in general, they're just a bit creepy...
A little house-warming gift for my aunt. A surprise that my grandmother asked for me to do. (I was told to just 'draw a peacock'. Nothing more. No pose ideas or anything. Just 'a peacock'. She didn't even tell me what medium to use. And as someone who is pretty indecisive, I had a pretty hard time.) I really don't want to draw this anymore, since I've always hated drawing birds and their freaky proportions, but since they're family who live over seven hundred miles away, I felt that I should, since I only see them once or twice a year. Meh...

If there is anything super-off about the anatomy, please let me know before I get too far into this - it'd be greatly appreciated. I've decided to leave the head tilted at the angle it's at, rather than stick perfectly to the reference, just because that beak was bleepidy-bloop-blop hard to drop and so was that eye, as I'm not too keen on doing it again.
