• New Owners:
Each new owner will start out with 2,000 GD, a currency used to buy, sell, breed, adopt, and race the greyhounds. However, you can purchase Greyhound Dollars from the shop if you are running low! This money is also payable to buying items in the shop. These items can help with speed, stamina, endurance and so fourth, so the purchase of such items, is very beneficial.
• Males:
Usually faster then females, can be put up for stud, cost more money then females. Often refereed to as 'more glamorous' than females. Males have a very fiery temperament and can be more difficult to handle. ♂
• Females:
Usually slower then males but can be exceptions, when breeding female pays stud fee and gets puppy, cost less money then males. Have a much more manageable temperament than males do. ♀
• Female Breeding:
To breed your female you must have a fit female and you must find an owner who is studding their male up. Once you find a suitable male and a willing user, you must pay GD to the males owner as a stud fee, once you have payed your female is now pregnant and cannot compete in any shows or races until she gives birth, which usually takes from 2-4 days depending on how good the stats are.
• Male Breeding:
Male breeding can be complex, a male can be put up for stud for any amount of money you wish. Once a user chooses your male and pays the stud fee you are done, once the user pays you the GD your male can stud again, the female get the puppy while the male gets the profit.
• Selling:
Selling puppies or adult greyhounds is simple. If a user is interested in your dog then the two users must agree on a price before the transaction, once the sale is completed there is not turning back, all sales are final.
• Interbreeding:
You can also breed with yourself if you have a male and a female. Interbreeding costs 500 GD, you also need TWO breeding licenses. See store below to purchase.

• Age:
A puppy is only considered a puppy when it is between the ages of 1 month to 1 year. When they are still a puppy however, you are unable to train them due to their young age and undeveloped bones.
• Growth:
Puppies grow rather quickly, due to the fact you don't want a dormant racer for weeks on end. In seven days is the longest a puppy will stay young.
• Ownership:
If a puppy is the product of two different owned pairs, the legal rights of the puppy will go with the mother. The puppies father will only obtain the stud fee.
• Genetics:
The outcome of the pups racing abilities lies heavily on his/her parents. If the pups dam and sire are both champions, there is a high chance of that pup one day growing up to be a champion as well. There can be exceptions though, not all royaly bred offspring will turn out as great as their kin.
• Competition:
When entering your dog you must keep stats in mind, the higher the stats the higher the chance of winning , but this does not mean that a lower stat will not beat a higher stat. Each different race costs different amount of money, the higher the stakes the more money it costs to enter. Races can also have a prize pool, say six owners enter a race costing 3,000 dollars the prize pool of that would be 9,000 dollars for the winner, 6,000 for the runner up, and 3,000 for the third place. In Place of GD we may also offer a variety of Chicken Smoothie pets; Even Rares and Very Rares!
• When They're Run:
When the races are being run, I will take the time to animate them so its more enjoyable to the owner. They will be posted on the front page of the forum on a makeshift 'T.V' where all are free to watch! There will be an archive of all the past races as well as their winners and prize pools.
• Benefits:
Companions are extremely beneficial in increasing the skill of your greyhound. They will jog beside your greyhound increasing their moral, mood, and skill set! Keep in mind though, they do cost money. Some are rarer than others, and will cost much more. On special occasions, special companions will be released for a limited time only. These will be extremely rare, and extremely helpful to your pet.
Special Pets~ Limited time pets show up in the store with a quantity. The first people to PM the buying requests [see below in store] with sufficient funds in their bank will obtain these animals for their Greyhounds!
Custom Colored Pets~ Do you want your other animal character to run beside your greyhound? Custom color options are available on certain companion types!
• Trading:
Trading companions is also allowed. You may set a price or trade for different companions. This will only be done through Pm, and once the deal as been struck, the traders are to contact me privately and I will remove, and add the money/and or companions to the individuals greyhound.

Okay! This is the most interesting portion of this post! Buying your own moving greyhound! These gifs are available to post on your signature, trading rules etc. However, these are not cheap due to their complexity to draw
• About
A moving greyhound is a perfect companion you can post anywhere! Whether it be your signature, trading rules etc.! Others will watch as your greyhound elegantly gallops across the track, running fast and free. You may ask what are the benefits of having your dog animated? Well, if interested in a companion, the only way to see it is if a user adopts a moving greyhound. Companions will only be available with animated dogs as they run beside them. How cute!
If an owner decides not to do anything with their pups, they can always board them (freely) in the greyhound kennel where others can look in envy at your beautiful pup!
• Transferring your greyhound into a running machine is expensive. For one running gif creation and the image code, a user will pay either 3 Rares(WL) (2008-2010) or 1 Very Rare(WL) (2008-2009).
