I think part of the reason I like sketching on oekaki so much is because I get to see how long each drawing took without self-timing

that, and using cruder brushes than what I'm used to is a bit liberating

I dunno, I've seen people ask for characters on CS without them being offered for sale before and it just makes me kind of upset

I think I just really view even random doodles as a sort of extension of artists, and it pains me to see people asking to purchase characters and creatures when the artist hasn't prompted to sell them :U
