What is her charm?
Liya's charm is a failed attempt at a Swirl Galaxy c:

Why are her eyes purple with white things in them?
Now, I purposely did that. It represents the stars in the universe, and the night sky. As it gets closer to the pupils, it turns more "morning".

What are with all the circles with just colors?
That's just to show you how many colors I used c:

Why is there only one blue thing on the right side of her face and not the left?
Because, Yolo. That's why. Nah, I just got too lazy to do the other one.
