A Faelix is a large, wolf-like creature that has feather growths on its head, back, and tail as well as extra fur tufts on the legs, rump, and tail. They have bushy necks and large saber teeth that can vary in size in different genders. It is also known that about 1 out every 1,000 Faelix born have wings. It is a very rare growth in which Faelix who are born with wings will usually be instinctively respected by other Faelix. Faelix are generally gentle creatures who live mostly in forest biomes around the world. While being gentle creatures, they can also be very territorial. They live lone lives but with exceptions for when they gain a mate.
A Faelix can range in size from a large dog to a small bear. They are omnivores and their diet consists of generally small pray including rabbits and squirrels as well as wild berries and fruit. Also, a Faelix's coat color can vary from a bright, vibrant color to a dull, dark coat. Markings for a Faelix are limitless and still today, Faelix are being found with the most unique designs and markings.
Faelix will always have an untamable heart, but can always make great companions. Are you up to it?

Personality: Keeps to himself. Honest, truthful and too easily trusts leading to being used be others and betrayed. Never understands why though.
Short story: Never seemed to fit in as a cub, always tried to be friendly but he was always shrugged off or made fun of. As he grew older he have up trying to fit in. The others tended to lure him into a false sense of security before turning their backs on him. He kept on giving in the hope of something even slight in return... But that never happened. He reached the stage where he no longer cared what the others thought, did or said, and he set off on his own into the vast open world, hoping to really begin to live a life worth living. That is how his story goes. Will he find solace on his own or will he finally find a being he can relate to?
Extras: I have literally just seen this and I'm itching to doodle some pics for my extras but I literally have work in less than 8 hours and need to fit sleep in (have to sort horses out, shower and eat all before work too) and of course it has just turned 5th April here in England :(
(Edited because I stupidly wrote "5th here in April". What even does that mean???)
Edit again: A little extra doodle :) I loved drawing this critter :)
