Hi! Welcome to the official SilverToons Post!
I've had this planned for a while (I've been drawing these little things in a notebook) but I just now had the time to actually post the thing! I have done a SilverToon before on here (which I'll post at the bottom of this thread), but I realize I kinda left everyone hanging, because I only did one. So here I am to finish up my job! However the layout of the cartoons will be a little different. They won't be in "comic form", as I call it. They'll basically just be like a one-scene comic. There will be (very rare) times where I may put them in comic form, but there will only be six scenes instead of nine, like my previous episode. Anyway, read on for more info about SilverToons and all that. Enjoy!
How SilverToons Was Made
My eighth grade year, there was a time where a friend of mine was going through something very difficult. I couldn't help her really, though I tried and tried again, I would constantly fail. All she needed, I figured out one day while I was walking with her through the hall, was to smile. I hadn't seen a smile on her face since we both got tickets to a concert that Christmas, so I put my brain to work. I'm known by a lot of people around school for coming up with characters, but most of them are canines or other animals, because I honestly suck at drawing humans CX. Anyway, so while I was adventuring through my imagination to find the perfect character, I realized that, since we're separated (she's a grade younger than me... Yeah, it sucks...) her character should be one that normally a wolf (I already had Silver planned out) would be separated from, so I made her character just a plain dog.
I wanted this comic to be funny, so after about two days of planning it out, I came to the conclusion that the two best friends should be having just a normal conversation that she and I would possibly have someday. We're a bunch of jokers when we're together, and honestly we sometimes just bring up randomly dumb things that pop into our minds right at that moment. When I had planned the whole thing out, I began to draw it out in study hall one day, and surprisingly I finished before the bell. After school I showed the comic to her, and for the first time in a while, she smiled. She told me she loved it, and that she just wanted to read it over and over again. It made me happy that I made her happy, so I decided to keep up with the comic for a while. Before she left that day, she asked me to make more of them, and I happily told her I would.
And thus, the SilverToons were born! I've made several of these comics so far, and, even though the situation with her has died down, and she's pretty happy right now, I still make them just so I can see her smile at them again and again and again. <3
Now, enjoy the comic below! My first SilverToon!

Wow, It's pretty bad because I did it on the computer... CX but do you like?
I will be adding a lot more to this post, but please be patient. I have to put school first, so I may not get the first comic out until later on. Thank you! C:
