Design/Theme: I'm not sure if this is a theme, but he is sarcastic, charming, and likes to be a rebel. So I'd like an intracate design sort of based on that small personality.
Accessories: Dog tags(military). Hmm. Anything to make him look rebel-ish and tough.

Palette/colors: sorry, I don't have a pallete. I'll be as descriptive as possible in my design. Probably mostly raver colors.
Design/Theme:
Fur color- beige with black lines down the back until the hips where it turns to leopard spots. Fluffy white chest draining all the way to the under tip of tail, stomach, and inner legs.
Hair(if you can)- long smooth draping honeybrown hair that covers the left eye
Eyes- deep hazel with a line at the end to make it look like the makeup called "cateyes". Bordering the eye thickly. If you can, big eyelashes
Accessories: a dangle earring in the right ear with a big light blue crystal on the end. A silver necklace with a key pendant. A loose string around the mid tail with feathers on it, one with red orange and gold and the other blue green and purple. A black leather cuff on back left paw with silver studs
Other: sorry if its hard, its my persona. I might put one or two rares. If I really like it
