Hi, I made a blue dragon like this, I think January or February, and this is the first time I've entered an Oekaki contest, so i hope you guys will like it! :3 and I joined in December 2013 and started to draw on CS a month or two later, so yeah. I tried my best for this one, I hope to make better art soon!
