This is the Gem back god of water, Nerughesi (neh-rue-gesh-E) the two beings floating in his orb are the two unnamed water deities, or order, and balance.

Thank you, it took quite a bit to get it right, haha. The scales were so I could tell where the body was moving XD

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I just realized there was another post on this thread as I came back to check it; The "Glow" effect can be done multiple ways.

1) Airbrush on a layer behind the object you want to glow

2) Color behind the layer and use the blur feature which will give the color blurred edges depending on the level of blur

3) using the blur feature with a color and lowering the opacity of the layer

It really helps to portray glowing if you use a color lighter than the color you're trying to make glow :3
