Write me a poem with at least three stanzas, four lines each. They do not have the rhyme, but please let the words flow pleasantly c:. This poem is to describe the adoptable that you have a chance of retrieving... the personality, the appearance, the hurt and the history. The character's perspective and their emotions. Truly describe this creature as if it were really real, like a human being in a corner weeping over what was lost or the great joy in having fun. Anything and everything...

Then I will choose who I believe feels this pet, and who deserves it the most.

I look at you and you know what I see?

I see green. Green are your eyes, that have look somewhere else,
But I love just the same. Green eyes that deceived me,
Green was the color of betrayal.
Green is the color of the pain in your eyes.
Green is the color of a liar,
Green was the grass in the day that you told me
How much you would love me
Forever and always
Green was the room
Where I found you with her,
Green was the color of pain,
Green was betrayal
Green is a mystery,
Green can be joyful,
Green can be painful,
Green can be pretty,
Green can mean love,
Green can mean hate,
I see green when I see you,
Green is your color,
Green it will be,
Green are your eyes, that have hurt me so deeply but I love just the same.

The glowing wolf ringing clear,
The glowing wolf hunts a deer,
The glowing wolf getting gear,
The glowing wolf snaking near



The glowing wolf nearing night,
The glowing wolf burning bright,
The glowing wolf near a cave,

The glowing wolf padding by brave,
Surrounding the out side are forgotten graves,
Of many of forgotten slaves.


The glowing wolf blinded by night ,
glowing wolf out of sight.

I never knew
The hurt
Never understood
The pain
Yet here it lies
Feeling the same

You tell me now
I'm special
But all I feel
Is broken
The laughter
It's choking

Broken boy
Hurting boy
Come closer
Sweet little boy
But to you
I am a toy

A strong hold
Tight grip
On the nothing
Surrounding me
Hardly burning
Flames of green

Yet still
You say
My special boy
And I realize
Even you
Tell such lies

I'm one
Who stands
Clear of hope
In the spotlight
All alone
Whispers spoke

I feel it
Weightless
Must be gone
Away to safety
My feet tread
These old ways

Strange boy
Little boy
Come closer
It's calling
Here your safe

Ever since I first saw you,
A little pup who needed help,
And ever since I took you in,
I've always loved you.

And then I told you that you reminded me of a beignet (Ben-yay This is a real word!),
With your thick, soft fur like powdered sugar,
Your skin, your looks, just there to keep your fur on the outside and yourself inside,
And inside, warm and sweet and delightful.

You said I reminded you of a bayou,
Though seeming gloomy and foreboding,
There are always little flickers of light,
To remind you it is still full of life and light,
And to remind you
It is not as it seems.

And both of us, nameless, took on the names we gave
Each other that day.
You where Beignet,
And I was Bayou.

It's at least worth a shot.

I had to mention it was a real word because spell check doesn't recognize it. Spell check doesn't recognize the word meerkat either,and I find that strange.
