What is a Faiid?
Faiidae are like a mixture of a fox and feline. They have feathers on their shoulders and tail tips, as well as solar plates on the bridge of their nose, neck, and flank. These plates absorb energy from the sun, which powers the Faiid. Faiidae do not eat, instead using a method similar to photosynthesis to nurture them. Faiidae have personalities ranging from sweet and shy to ruthless and cold- the possibilities are endless! Will you be able to tame a Faiid of your own?

Jams' eyes are special.
yes, he may look blind in his dull-colored eye, but he isn't.
actually, he can see clearly....just not in full color.
out of his red eye, he can see all colors. red, blue, green, yellow, orange, teal, anything.
but, out of his dull eye, he only sees in black, grey and white.
other Faiid would make fun of his unusual eyes, making him more of an outcast. they thought he was blind and messed with him, meaning they would jump-scare him on his 'blind side', but he always saw them.

Story/History: Phantom was abandoned from birth due to the fact he was not 'perfect'. He survived in the wild, hunting and foraging. Back then, he had full vision, but one day that changed.
He was nosing around in a rabbit hole when he heard a rustle in a bush. Being a curious soul, Phantom went to investigate. When he looked, nothing was there. He was about to turn back when something made a noise above him. Naturally, Phantom looked up. Again, nothing was there, so, his curiosity satisfied, he wandered back to the rabbit hole, to find a brown bear digging around it. Of course, being young and arrogant, Phantom thought 'That's MY hole' and attacked the bear. The bear clawed his face and sent him whimpering back to the bush he had just investigated. The bear's claws damaged his left eye, but miraculously left the colour in it untouched.
Phantom still remembers that day, and his has sworn to kill all bears in his path. However, despite his cockiness, the event had left its mark, and when he went to kill a bear one day, he found himself scampering away before the fight had even started. To Phantom's disappointment, he had developed a phobia of bears.
Nowadays, he spends his time thinking and standing still (when something's' not happening). Phantom also seems to dart between the shadows, hence his name. He is anti-social and runs away from other creatures.
