I love bells. So of course Bluey here has to wear tons of them. Figured out how to create new layers in the oekaki on my own. *nod nod* Always wondered what those little plus and minus signs where for. This is his basic outfit/accessories, but I'm planning on making him a simple casual wear shirt next, and attempting a tux for formal wear after that.
Oh, and that thing on his tail is supposed to be a cow bell. I'll fix that up later. Maybe after the tux. It's there because he is named after an ice cream brand as well as a flower Removed the cowbell, couldn't get it to work.
