I thought I would draw an anime girl for oekaki, and then by the time I finished, I thought it might be a nice editable. I'll probably do little edits to the face/head to make it look better sometime when I have time for it.

Lineart edits are allowed and you can change anything from her uniform to her hair, or her expression, pretty much anything. Just feel free to do what you want with it.
If you want to sell it for profit, use it for a contest, or to take it off-site that's okay too.
I also don't mind what you do with my signature.

I'm not completely sure what you mean, but if the picture is sideways when you go to edit/color things, click on the "Rotate Canvas" option that is right next to the bucket for flood fill, then pull the canvas around to where it's on the side you prefer.
